Execute & facilitate the collaborative effort in self organizing cross-functional teams during various Project phases which consist of Front-End Engineering works, detail engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction, installation, commissioning, Start-up and handover to Operation with full compliance to project specification, PETRONAS standards & guidelines and relevant Statutory requirements in order to effectively deliver project and meet both project and business objectives.

Project Execution
Integrate and monitor the project activities and execution through the implementation of best business strategy approach and optimisation of appropriate technology in order to ensure good industry practice & standard in Project Management, meet OTOBOS safely and enable value creation.

Project Development Plan
Identify and develop the project management deliverables such as Project Charter, Project Execution Plan, PCPP etc. (including costs, schedule and resources requirements development), procurement contracting strategies and project interface management using Project Management Best Practices in order to ensure project completion is successfully delivered and to achieve maximum value creation.

Project Management & Governance
Plan, coordinate and conduct necessary joint technical review in compliance to project governance framework such as PPMS, QMS, PTCAM Downstream and PETRONAS Procurement Management System to be in line with corporate governance, PETRONAS policies and regulations, technical standards and statutory requirements to safeguard PETRONAS and shareholders interest.

Project Risk Management
Plan and monitor all project risk activities by ensuring the implementation of the mitigation plans in order to safeguard project value against negative impacts.

Project Closure
Plan and execute the project closure by integrating the multidiscipline deliverables and working closely with the stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative close out (including AFE closure, manpower demobilization etc.), procurement contracts closure and facilities handover for satisfactory acceptance by end user.
