The Role

  • Lead and manage a sales team
  • Responsible for ensuring team productivity to achieve monthly and yearly sales target
  • Ensure the team promote JobStreet as the customer’s preferred recruitment partner
  • Coach and train the team regularly to enhance competencies in effective sales closing, objection handling  and sales management
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve the relevant KPIs
  • Conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisals, and to provide inputs where applicable
  • Execute strategic and effective ways to improve productivity and performance in order to achieve organisational objectives
  • Periodic project management, from designing and planning to execution and progress monitoring
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of Department

So, what are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have:-

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience managing a team of at least 10 salespeople
  • Proven track record in inside sales, sales management and project management
  • Possess leadership qualities necessary to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong passion in coaching and mentoring a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
