WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Oversight of all technical matters pertaining to FusionX underwriting platformTeam Management
Oversee the internal and vendor technical support on Swiss Re Magnum PURE to ensure system stability and continuous improvement
Oversee the provision of support and enhancement on FusionX reports to ensure system stability and optimal leverage of Magnum data
Make timely decision and handle coordination regarding technical matters such as software upgrade, capability planning and monitoring, compliance to AIA standard, deployment to new business units, etc.
Deliverables and Responsibilities
Provide technical advice, coordination and coaching
Initiate improvement tasks whenever necessary
Regular communication with Group Operations, local business unit, internal IT support and vendors
Manage risks and incidents, resolve issues, escalate whenever appropriate
Ensure regular operation tasks are executed by the teams per standards
Complete and gain timely approvals for necessary governance documents
Achieve IT compliance for team activities & deliverables
Manage technical costs on FusionX components and assist with budget maintenance of the same
Job Requirements :
Undergraduate degree in IT or related function
At least 8+ years of experience
Exposure to Insurance and particularly to underwriting
Exposure to IT delivery management and application support
Exposure in helpdesk type of support & multi-national regional support role
Technical knowledge on Azure cloud services, Business Intelligence and ETL
Specific knowledge on Magnum PURE, Azure App Service, Tableau, Databrick is a plus
Strong stakeholder management, good team player, and the able to work across business units and functions to achieve positive business outcomes
Articulate, with good oral and written communication skills. Adaptable, able to interact and build relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
Fast learner with a willing attitude. Intellectually rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion in a team leader role
