About the role:

As a IT Service Continuity Manager your main role is to support information security and IT service continuity management to identify and manage risks associated to information and services provided by Data centre.

Overall Role Purpose

• To ensure compliance with DPDHL IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Policy and regulatory requirements.

• To functionally drive and lead  IT Service Continuity management policies, controls, standards, processes, procedures, tools, reporting mechanisms, awareness and training in the Data Centre and assurance of ongoing compliance.

• To coordinate and ensure performance of regular risk assessments and business impact analysis of the Data Centre, IT infrastructure, processes and procedures in stated areas.

• To follow-up on definition of appropriate continuity countermeasures and their implementation to identified risks or standards’ and polices’ non-conformities.

• To coordinate audits and assessments performed by the Corporate Internal Audit and Corporate Statutory Auditor PwC in the area of ITSCM.

• To act as “subject matter expert” and provide ITSCM advisory or consultancy to operations & project teams in Data Centre.

Your work:

  • Manages IT Service Continuity Management system and related processes in the Data Centre and ITS managed countries within DPDHL and ITS IT Service Continuity Policies and Standards
  • Works closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Solution Support, End User Computing and Service Desk in data centres and in business offices to discover and manage security & continuity risks
  • Manages the coordination and implementation of ITSCM program  within Infrastructure Solutions & Service Quality 
  • Facilitates resolution of highlighted risk areas in the ITSCM audits
  • Reviews the definition of global ITS standards, processes, procedures, templates, reporting, etc. in the area of information security and ITSCM
  • Interfaces with BU ITSCM delegates at the region or country level to coordinate and support service continuity related requests or issues
  • Promotes security and ITSCM awareness for all ITS employees in the data centres

You should have:

  • University degree or similar business experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in BCM in a multinational enterprise
  • Experience in supporting information security management systems according to ISO 27001
  • Certification as CISM, CISSP, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or international recognized security and business continuity certification (i.e. BCMi, DRi) is an advantage

Knowledge (Functional / Technical) Competencies*

  • Proficient in international security standards such as ISO/IEC27001, ISO/IEC27002, COBIT, BS 25999
  • BCI proficient
  • Proficient in ITSCM Auditing techniques
  • Proficient in Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management
  • Proficient in Disaster Recovery Architecture and Design principles
  • Proficient in risk assessment and business impact analysis techniques 
  • Proficient with ITSCM technical best practices
  • Proficient in crisis/ emergency incidents response management
  • Familiar in BC/DR related project implementation
  • Aware with ITIL processes
