The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
  • Align with Driver Support (CS) for every new SOP release
  • Develop close connections with internal and external stakeholders in aligning and executing all related tasks and processes
  • Work closely with Comms Team and Learning & Development Team on compliance comms and training materials including new compliance feature roll outs
  • Craft new compliance related processes and improvise existing flows and SOPs
  • Conduct sanctions screening for drivers under watchlist on daily basis and sanction according to Compliance’s House Rule (offenses and severity)
  • Conduct investigation on compliance or fraud cases whenever required
  • Schedule and send compliance comms to drivers via email and WhatsApp
  • Extract, analyze and tabulate compliance data on weekly basis for reporting and tracking purpose
  • Build automated tracker to generate overview and daily reports
  • Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) for compliance
  • Assist with GR and PR related event with drivers
  • Ensure fleet quality is on par with market standards by understanding and developing scalable in house sanctioning processes
  • Attend driver house system escalation tickets on a daily basis (change detail requests, compliance related tickets, suspension appeal requests, investigation on cases etc.)
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 3 years of experience in the operations field and prior experience in the online food delivery industry is a plus.
  • Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking systematically and accurately.
  • Able to communicate in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
  • Has passion in the online delivery platform industry.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to connect with Drivers
