Get to know the Role:
-Analyse trends and results of each channel on a periodic basis, identifying root cause of non-performance and providing recommendations on how to boost performance.
-Motivate team members to achieve goals and targets set for them
-Manage and actively monitor Grab service offerings (eg. GrabCar, GrabBike) Recruitment channels, including online (digital ads, job postings) and offline initiatives
The day-to-day activities:
-Prepare weekly report to management on channel performance and subsequent action plans
-Complete weekly operational tasks in a timely manner.
