Support the Head of Sustainability and GCCO to develop and execute the Groups Strategic sustainability initiative, integrating sustainability throughout the Groups business and operations. Ensure that the Groups Sustainability initiatives enhances business performance and support  the long term initiatives of the Group

1. Manage, Support and facilitate the implementation of the Groups Sustainability 5-year Strategy and Roadmap, which includes the implementation of the Groups Climate change agenda
2. Ensure alignment of the Groups Sustainability aspirations and focus areas against SDG targets
3. Work in collaboration with Sustainability Business Councils and Practice Council to identify and put in place Policies / Guidelines / Practice Notes that supports the Groups Sustainability / Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Pillars and Focus Areas.
4. Act as Secretariat to the Group Sustainability Committee(GSC), ensuring that all GSC meetings are conducted in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TORs), timely communication of GSC s decisions and as well as accuracy in minutes of meetings
5. Prepare ESG dashboards and prepare status updates for Group Sustainability Committee and the Board of Directors. Prepare Status Update Report and ensure timely reporting to the BODs on the Groups Sustainability Achievements against set KPIs (effective 2022, every quarter as a permanent agenda). Ensure timely reporting of Key Updates to the GSC on Sustainability / ESG matters.    
6. Sustainability Governance - Manage sustainability governance systems and corporate governance compliance
7. Serve as the Centre of Excellence/Advisory and go to person on sustainability matters for both internal and external parties and as the internal point of contact for any queries or advise on sustainability matters as well as information required on the Groups efforts in designing sustainability
8. Disclosure and Reporting (SR) - Support the development and delivery of Groups Sustainability Report
9. Ensure appropriate and timely tracking of achievements, gaps and areas for improvement for purpose of performance improvement and disclosure requirement
10. Provide strategic support in developing and executing the Groups sustainability vision, commitment and sustainability materiality matters encompassing Environment, Social and Governance (ESG)
11. Monitor emerging trends, issues and programmes on sustainability
12. Support coaching, mentoring and developing the management team
13. Support overall management and administration for Sustainability Management team

• Minimum 5 years experience in sustainability management
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with strong knowledge in Capital Market/Investment
• Excellent communication skill: Written, Verbal and Presentation Skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with both external & internal parties
• Strong project management skill
• Exhibit sound judgment and  professionalism
