KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. SHIPPING COMPLIANCE

Plan, conduct and analyze the ship-shore compatibility assessment through acquiring & compiling the technical specifications from ship owners, performing the assessment, validating compliance with terminal requirement and proposing recommendation to the Management in order to ensure technical compatibility with Bintulu terminal.

2. SHIPPING PERFORMANCE

Plan, manage and monitor the shipping activities through conducting inspections and observations of the ships on ad-hoc/periodic basis, providing recommendation on defects/conditions for further action and preparing report to management in order to ensure ships are in good conditions whilst meeting the shipping delivery schedules without any delays/issues.

3. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Evaluate the contract management activities through compiling historical voyage performance data, validating against the contract agreement, identifying and investigating the root cause of any deviation/non- compliance and proposing recommendations for corrective actions in order to ensure long term chartered ships are in compliance with the contract agreement. 

4. BUNKERING OPERATIONS

Coordinate the bunkering activities by monitoring the transfer process of bunker from facilities to ship, validating the technical lab report against agreement and identifying the non-compliance in order to ensure safe and efficient delivery of LNG and in compliance with standards and requirements.
