Lead and drive PD&T Quality Assurance and PD&T Enhancement Program to ensure consistent and continuous implementation of Quality Management requirements and compliance within PD&T organization in delivering projects while elevating Quality practices and reinforce Quality culture, mindset and behaviors within PD&T.

1) Establish and implement Project Quality Assurance & Surveillance Programs
Lead, plan and manage Project Quality Assurance and Surveillance through establishment of PD&T Integrated Project Audit Plan and Quality Surveillance Program ensuring project compliance to PD&T QMS and relevant project governance requirements.

2) Establish and implement Project Quality Consultancy & Technical Solutions delivery
Lead, plan and manage Project Quality Consultancy and Technical Solutions delivery through operationalization of Project Delivery Manual (PDM) and PTS, Quality Induction, establishment of Quality TA and engagement of external technical expert ensuring project deliverable meet its performance specification, leading towards the completed facilities meet its cost, schedule, operability, Quality and HSE targets.

3) Provide Competent Quality Technical Resources for Project Delivery
Lead Quality talents identification and database through development of technical resource requirements, structured Technical Assessment, database for Quality resource pool and utilization of manpower service contract to sustain Quality capability building through acquisition of skills to support timely delivery of services or solutions.

4) Establish and deploy PETRONAS SKG19 Project Quality Management (PQM) Sub-Skill deliverables
Lead and drive the establishment and development of PETRONAS SKG19 Project Quality Management Sub-Skill through structured capability enhancement program, collaboration with industry practitioners and institutionalize activities to ensure sustainable availability of competent Quality practitioners to support PETRONAS projects delivery.
