Job Description:
Manage and drive the engagement sessions to promote adoption of DLS across all products and project to ensure standardization of quality of design across all involved products and projects.
Identify and lead peer-to-peer capability development programs to address the skill gap and encourage peer-to-peer design collaboration and drive peer-to-peer design collaboration to contribute quality user centric contents for DLS.
Plan and coordinate the method for data collection, mining, and analysis to develop insights in further improving experience designs and keeping to any SLA set.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher in technical-related area such as Computer Science / Human Computer Interaction / Information Technology / Visual Design / Business Management / Communications/Marketing / Psychology, and any other related field to digital, technology, and business
Requirement:
9-11 years of proven experience in technology, business, and/or design especially in digital product design and development
Possess deep technical, functional, and business knowledge in how digital products are designed, developed, iterated, and adopted
Highly competent in the knowledge, application, and point of views in both human centric design in addition to other problem solving and innovation methods
