Job Responsibilities:

Processing related

To learn the issuance and endorsement processing for all products
Responsible for Policy/Endorsement issuance and any other functions within Policy Processing is within the set SLA
Follow up with Business Unit/Branches on incomplete documentation/information for policy/endorsement issuance
Prompt respond to Business Unit/Branches inquiries relating to Policy Servicing matters
Discuss and gather requirement from business partner for process/ system enhancement to support processing
Ensure compliance of SOP/regulatory guidelines/company policies.
Assist to prepare adhoc report or as and when required by the Manager
To perform testing on new products / enhancements to be implemented
To attend to enquiries from customers (internal/external)

Counter related

To attend to walk in customers/ intermediaries enquiries / request as per agreed service level.
Handle complaint by walk in customer over the counter

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Insurance
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
