WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Senior manager in the GIS Governance & Control function to the manage, execute and drive improvements to one or more of GIS Governances core pillars or responsibilities.This Senior Manager role will assist the Head of GIS Governance by managing one or more of GIS Governances core service pillars for AIA Group, in particular, primary focus will be on the following pillars:
Policies & Standards Management
Accountable and responsible for putting in place a structured process in reviewing and updating GIS policy and standards set.
Identify need to develop new policy/standards and/or update existing policy and standards.
Proactively advise on improvement/revision opportunities of policy and standards set; and assist policy/standard document owner in reviewing and maintaining the review lifecycle.
Security Advisory & Governance
Liaising with SMEs within Group Information Security functions and act as single point of contact to advise Group business functions and local BU Information Security team on information security related matters.
Liaising with local geographic Information Security team, maintain oversight of key information security issues and challenges of each BU and formulate information security posture of each BU.
Maintain oversight of local BU cyber hygiene and work with local BU Information Security team to enforce local governance and actions to remediate information security gaps.
In addition to the above, this role may also need to support the following GIS Governance team services:
Information security awareness training program
Third party security assessment
Audit / regulatory support
Risk reporting and measurement
Technology issue management
Job Requirements :
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
10+ years experience in Information Security /Technology Risk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to escalate timely to management.
Strong knowledge of Information Security Standards and Industry Standards frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements as related to Cyber and Information Security.
Familiarity with information security controls and technical knowledge in areas such as Infrastructure security, Application Security, Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) preferable.
Staff management experience required.
Occasional travel is required.
