Attends & resolves product/service problems by clarifying the customers request/complaint

1.  Perform simple transaction processing and data entry that meets or exceeds target set. 

2.  Perform end to end scanning of all documents for processing.

3.  Ensure all documents submitted from dropbox are cleared on daily basis.

4.  Checking daily scanning report and follow through to any reject or error identified.

5.  Attend to policy file requests and arrangement for retrieval and scanning.

6.  Provides product and service information through face-to-face service delivery channel that meets and exceeds the defined service standards

7.  Attends & resolves product/service problems by clarifying the customers request/complaint, determining the case of the problem and explaining the best solutions to resolve the problem.  This could include any follow up task to ensure resolution.

8.  Collaborates with team members and other support staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.

9.  Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior / HOD in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

10. To participate in training for continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge.

11. Pro-actively promote/encourage self-service initiatives available in the branch when opportunity arises.
