Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data mapping and transformation
• Work closely with integration and Workday functional team to ensure all data requirements are captured and loaded.
• Able to troubleshoot, monitor and solve problems regarding master data-related questions and concerns.
• Provide and contribute to the documentation required for all phases of implementation.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in IT related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR system implementation in a global/regional setup with at least one full cycle of data conversion
• Ability to read, interpret and verify data from multiple formats
• Possesses good HR operational and functional knowledge, project management, stakeholder management and data management skills
