In a highly agile environment, our team lives and breathes DevOps to deliver application hosting services to a vast array of customers. We leverage the most modern technologies and strive for procedures that are as fast and efficient as possible in a complex enterprise level environment.

Responsibilities and Key Outcome 

You will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

• Deploy web applications (frontend, backend) to MS Azure & Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Create and Manage Azure Components (Databases, Application Gateway, Frontdoor, IoT Hub, etc.)
• Create, manage, oversee Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment Pipelines
• Troubleshoot Application Builds
• Implement Security Best Practices
• Leverage (MS Azure) Logging & Monitoring to continuously observe the environment
• Consult and design technical solution considering feasibility, IS architecture & policies and cost efficiency
• Identify and implement technological improvement Measures

Requirements 

Education 

• Degree in Computer Science or similar experience 

Work 

•  Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role: 3+ years

Technical and Professional knowledge (Mandatory)

• Maven and NPM builds knowledge, Sonarqube Pipeline Integration
• Solid understanding of Azure Devops
• Able to understand Developers language; required to translate and implement their needs in Azure DevOps
• Working Knowledge of PostgresSQL
• Cloud Component Provisioning via Terraform
• Above intermediate Git Knowledge (git mirror, merge conflicts, )
• Ability to create, maintain Build Agent Pools 

Additional skills (nice to have)

• Understand Business requirements
• Ability to create technical Documentation
• Present & explain work results within team and stakeholder community
• Scripting (Bash, Powershell)
• Experience in agile working methodology
