An individual who can acquire new customers and grow customer lifetime value through digital partner platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition

  • Plan and execute launch campaigns
  • Co-develop marketing initiatives with partners to achieve new customer target and GWP
  • Manage marketplace platforms
  • Plan ongoing tactical and sustenance initiatives
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer profile

Customer Marketing

  • Develop campaigns for policy renewal and retention
  • Create engagement activities to gather behavioral insights on customers
  • Develop ways of improving and growing campaign conversions
  • Develop strategy and plan for customer nurturing, growth (cross-sell and up-sell) and retention (renewal)
  • Develop targeted test campaigns using models and algorithms
  • Develop content strategy for customer engagement
  • Manage, create and execute campaigns on martech platform
  • Utilise data models and segmentation to implement effective targeted cross-sell and up-sell campaigns
  • Set up marketing automation for renewals and trigger-based campaigns
  • Develop creative (email, landing page, etc.) and set up tracking codes
  • Coordinate campaign calendar and O2O initiatives
  • Track, monitor and analyse campaign performance

Brand & Marketing

  • Ensure all creative and copy align to AIAs brand standards
  • Provide copywriting and editing support to internal teams such as product and customer service
  • Work with AIAs marketing team for wider support on major campaigns

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • 6+ years experience in CRM / customer marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing would be an advantage
  • Experience using data models and customer segmentation in marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (both oral and written) propositions and analysis
  • Performance driven with good business acumen, able to assess key factors that will drive results and devise action plans
  • Very detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment on multiple concurrent projects
